Here are some of the items I bought for my juice fast/diet. I thought I would link to the exact products in case you are interested in knowing what I'm using. I really like my juicer so far. I got mine from Bed, Bath & Beyond. I had a 20% coupon so I got a good deal.
My other reference has been the Reboot website http://jointhereboot.com/ which goes along with the documentary Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead. You can watch it on Netflix Instant Watch. I'm not saying that you need these specific items but I just thought I would let you know what I'm using.
